Exchanges are requests only and successful fulfilment is dependent upon stock availability back to our warehouse and at the time of returning processing. If your exchange cannot be fulfilled then you will be automatically issued with a credit note instead. If you would prefer a refund please contact our Customer Care team, refund deductions will still apply if you have used our returns label.
Item/s must be returned within 30 days of delivery including products within suspected manufacturing faults. Please allow 10 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our Australian warehouse. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited or refunded the cost of shipping when we process your return.
