If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 days returns policy from delivery date.

Condition of Returns

Please read the following prior to returning your item/s.

If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited or refunded the cost of shipping when we process your return.

Item/s must be returned within 30 days of delivery including products within suspected manufacturing faults.

Item/s must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and without perfume residue.

For all swimwear, customers must try on items while wearing undergarments.

If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or if the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

We do not accept returns on undergarments, accessories, or for items marked as final sale.

Process time for returns

Please allow 5 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our US warehouse for us to issue you with your refund, store credit or exchange.

Store Credit, Exchanges & Refunds

All US customers who wish to return for a store credit and exchange are eligible for free returns. If you wish to request a refund you will receive a free return label with a $15 deduction fee when your return is processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as requests only, and successful fulfilment is dependent upon stock availability at the time of processing your return. If your exchange cannot be fulfilled, then you will be automatically issued with a credit note instead. If you would prefer a refund please email [email protected], refund deductions will still apply if you have used our returns label.

Refunds

US customers are eligible for a return label with a $15 deduction fee once your return has been received and processed.

Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale

All items marked as ‘Final Sale - No returns or exchanges’ during our sale event cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is deemed faulty as assessed by our quality control department.

Manufacturing Faults

We are truly sorry to hear about your suspected faulty item. We apologise for any inconvenience. If your believe you have received a faulty item please email our Customer Care team right away with images of suspected fault.

Please do not return your items until the fault has been approved by our quality control department.

Final Sale

Item/s marked as “final sale - no returns or exchanges” cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by our quality control department.

Cancellation Policy

We cannot guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed, our warehouse works extremely fast. Should you change your mind on your order prior to shipment, you will be issued with a store credit.
