Thank you for shopping with Lioness Fashion. We would like you to read our terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products from our website.

Your order confirms your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between Lioness 28 Pty Ltd (ABN 24 147 678 733) trading as Lioness Fashion (we, us, our or LIONESS) and you.

Our End Of Financial Year Sale will be FINAL SALE. This is noted on our Product Description Page, Product Badge and Terms & Conditions page.

Our FINAL SALE policy is located on our Returns page & under Promotional Sales on our Terms & Conditions page.

LIONESS does not guarantee the availability of any item(s) listed on our website. If the Item selected for purchase is not available, LIONESS will refund your money and make every effort to contact you and notify you of the cancellation.

Orders are processed Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays) and endeavoured to be shipped within 48 hours of order, where stock is available.

All content on this site (www.lionessfashion.com), including but not limited to: information, content, graphic images and program code, such as HTML and JavaScript are also covered under the copyright of Lioness and may not be reproduced in any manner without express written consent of Lioness.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, LIONESS reserves the right to refuse sale and may offer the item again with the correct pricing. All prices are shown in the currency selected by you.

During holiday times or periods of high volume, dispatch time is subject to change. Delivery times provided on our shipping policy are approximate, and LIONESS is not liable for orders which arrive outside the provided estimate.

Common causes for delay include customs and processing delays at large shipping hubs. By placing an order with Lioness, you are responsible for any original shipping charges, all applicable customs and duty import fees, and the cost of return shipping, should you wish to send your order back. Lioness is not responsible for any packages lost as a result of an incorrect address being provided by you.

We do our best to ensure that anticipated delivery dates on pre-sale items are accurate. Please however note that delivery times on pre-sale items cannot be guaranteed and lioness takes no responsibility in the event that pre-sale items are delayed. Please note that multiple item orders (including pre-sale item/s) will be dispatched once all items are available unless you have selected and paid for split shipping at checkout.

We offer credit notes and refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. Once we have received and inspected your return, a credit note will be emailed to you or a refund processed (minus any return cost as outlined in our returns policy.) Store credits do not expire and can be used on any available item on the website. The cost of returning your order to Lioness is at the customer's expense if you are outside of Australia, New Zealand or United States. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt by customer (including products with suspected manufacturing faults). We do not accept returns on undergarments, accessories or sale items. We reserve the right to reject any items that do not meet the return requirements.

In addition to our change of mind returns policy and the above terms and conditions, you are entitled to certain outcomes if your product is defective or does not comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, which may be found Returns Policy, please see our page here. Your consumer rights under the ACL cannot be limited or excluded by us.

If you believe you have received a defective or faulty item, please email our Customer Care team right away at [email protected] with images of the suspected fault. We will treat your claim with priority and guide you through the returns process.

If the product is confirmed to have a defect or fault, we will provide you with a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate. If the product is confirmed to have a major defect, we will offer you either a replacement or refund.

It does not constitute as a defect if, in our reasonable opinion, a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use or take reasonable care of the garment in accordance with manufacturers or care instructions.

During promotional periods where it is marketed that 'PRE-ORDER IS EXCLUDED' please be aware that this refers to the style on pre-order as a whole, this does not refer to individual sizes in each style.

Item/s marked as “final sale - no returns or exchanges” cannot be returned unless due to a fault as assessed by our quality control department. Refer to our ACL policy here.
