Please note: Good news! In light of the recent situation, no additional duties or tariffs will be added upon checkout. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive your tracking information.
Please note: Orders containing items from both our US and AU warehouses will be shipped separately. Free Express Shipping applies only when the order value exceeds $150 USD from a single warehouse.
If your order is split across both warehouses, each shipment must individually meet the $150 USD threshold to qualify for free Express Shipping. Otherwise, a $15 express shipping fee will apply per shipment.
The carrier used to deliver your order depends on your selected shipping method and the warehouse fulfilling your order. We work with a range of trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives as efficiently as possible.
Orders fulfilled by our US warehouse will be shipped via UPS or USPS.
Orders fulfilled by our AU warehouse will be shipped via Australia Post.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, including a link to track your order right to your door.

We will always select ‘signature on delivery’ where possible for all carriers for the security of your parcel. This is not always available, so we strongly advise specifying an address where someone will be available to safely sign for the package during business hours on weekdays.
Lioness cannot be held responsible for orders which have been successfully delivered to the address left on the order, but not received by the customer.
We're sorry about that! The delivery times provided are approximate, and we cannot be responsible for orders which arrive outside of our partner carrier’s estimates. Common causes of delay are examination at customs and processing delays at large shipping hubs.

Pre-order time frames are not exact, instead these are estimated time frames of dispatch and could be subject to change.

Please allow 5 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our US warehouse for us to issue you with your refund, store credit or exchange.
If your order contains pre-order and in-stock items, or items fulfilled from multiple warehouse locations, your order may be shipped in separate deliveries to allow items to be dispatched as they become available.
For orders containing pre-order items, your in-stock items will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after placing your order, and your pre-order items within 2–4 business days of arrival to our warehouse.
Please note that if your order contains multiple pre-order items, these may also be shipped separately depending on their individual availability and estimated dispatch windows. While we aim to consolidate shipments where possible, items with different arrival timeframes or warehouse locations may be dispatched separately.
If your order is being fulfilled from both our AU and US warehouses and you choose Express Shipping, free Express Shipping is assessed per shipment, not per total cart value. Each shipment must individually exceed $150 USD to qualify for free Express Shipping; otherwise, a $15 express shipping fee will apply per shipment.
This means:
- Items may be shipped in separate parcels
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers
- Delivery timeframes may vary depending on item availability and warehouse location

We work hard to dispatch your order ASAP, which is why all orders made are final and unable to be changed. Our dispatch team is seriously fast so please take care in completing your address on your order as we can't always change this. We strongly recommend always providing a shipping address where you or someone you know will always be available to sign for delivery. Most deliveries will occur between 7am - 6pm. We always opt for 'signature on delivery' when offered by a carrier, however, some carrier through the DHL Global Mail network may note provide the service. Please be aware of this before making an order.
