All USA deliveries fulfilled by our US warehouse will be shipped via UPS and USPS.
All USA deliveries fulfilled by our AU warehouse will be shipped via Australia Post Postal Service, which partners with local carriers for final mile delivery, i.e. USPS.

We will always select ‘signature on delivery’ where possible for all carriers for the security of your parcel. This is not always available, so we strongly advise specifying an address where someone will be available to safely sign for the package during business hours on weekdays. Lioness cannot be held responsible for orders which have been successfully delivered to the address left on the order, but not received by the customer.
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to low inventory, it will be dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Please note that orders are shipped based on inventory availability, with US stock prioritised for fulfillment.
We're sorry about that! The delivery times provided are approximate, and we cannot be responsible for orders which arrive outside of our partner carrier’s estimates. Common causes of delay are examination at customs and processing delays at large shipping hubs.

Please allow 5 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our US warehouse for us to issue you with your refund, store credit or exchange.
If you have ordered both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be sent as a split shipment. This allows us to send your in-stock items within 2-3 business days and your pre-order within 2-3 business of its arrival to our warehouse.
